What are the Assignment Statuses?

As Participants work their way through your study they transition through different Assignment Statuses.

  • Accepted
    Participant     has accepted the Assignment
  • Pre-survey started
    Participant has loaded the Demographic pre-survey
  • Pre-survey completed
    Participant is being redirected to the main Activity
  • Feedback started
    Participant has been redirected to the Feedback survey using the Completion link
  • Feedback completed
    Participant has filled in the Feedback survey
  • Submitted
    Participant has submitted the Assignment for approval
  • Completed
    Participant has completed all steps in the right order and is awaiting approval (within 6 hours for automatic approvals)
  • Approved
    Participant has been sent payment
  • Abandoned
    Participant ran out of time and expired (they took longer than the Estimated time to complete activity x 3 + 3 minutes)
  • Returned
    Participant decided not to complete the activity and Returned the Assignment
  • Rejected
    Participant submitted the Assignment but did not successfully complete all required steps
  • Approved after rejection
    Researcher chose to reverse a Rejection
  • Review delayed
    Approval has been delayed due to the Run being marked as Broken or missing the Completion link redirect
